Soft washing for siding and exterior details
Low-pressure soft washing is a different approach from using high pressure on every surface. The material, visible buildup, and condition of the exterior help determine the cleaning plan. Tell us about loose siding, worn finishes, leaks, or other areas that need extra attention before the job is scheduled.
A useful starting point for your estimate
Photos of all four sides of the house are especially helpful. Include the number of stories, approximate size, and any areas that are difficult to reach. If you want the porch, driveway, or another surface cleaned at the same visit, mention that in your request so the estimate can address the full project.
Talk directly with a local owner
Klean Softwash is owned by Neal Bontrager, a Taylorsville native. The goal is personal service and careful attention to your property. Start with the estimate form or call (601) 935-5326 to talk through the surfaces and the results you are looking for.
Your house washing questions
Is house washing the same as pressure washing?
Not always. House washing often calls for a low-pressure soft-washing approach, while suitable concrete may call for pressure washing. The surface and its condition guide the method.
Can I include my driveway or porch?
Yes. Select “Multiple services / Other” on the estimate form and list each area you would like included. Photos help us understand how the areas connect.
