The material guides the cleaning plan
Wood, vinyl, composite materials, and painted surfaces do not all call for the same treatment. Tell us what your deck or fence is made of and whether it has a coating, stain, or areas of wear. Existing damage and loose finishes are useful details to discuss before cleaning is arranged.
Look beyond the main walking surface
Railings, stairs, fence sections, and porch exteriors can all be part of the conversation. Photos help us see the surfaces, nearby plants and furnishings, and the access around the structure. For a fence, include the approximate length and whether you want one side or both sides considered.
Outdoor projects, clearly scoped
Klean also washes playsets, gazebos, and boathouses. Describe the structure and the areas you would like cleaned so the estimate can reflect the actual project. If you are planning repairs, staining, or painting, mention that separately; a cleaning request should not assume those services are included.
Your deck, porch & fence cleaning questions
Can you clean both sides of a fence?
Let us know which sides you want included and whether both sides are accessible. Photos and the approximate length help us understand the work.
Do you wash boathouses and gazebos?
Yes. Include photos, the property address, and any access details in your request so we can discuss the structure and provide an estimate for the cleaning.
